Provides professional WOCN nursing care visits in the homecare setting and directs home health services for patients and their families in accordance with physician’s orders through direct care, supervision and multidisciplinary team coordination. Collaborates with other members of the patient care team.  Teaches and supervises the family and other members of the nursing team.

Current licensure in California and current CPR.  Good organizaiton and communication skills.  Ability to function with minimal supervision and provide a reliable means of transportation are required.  Home Care experience preferred.  WOCN certification required.
