Provide support for clinical practice and continuous quality improvement activities for the St Joseph Home Care delivery sites. Responsible for directing and supporting those sites in the performance of activities to prevent and resolve problems of compliance with hospital/ home care policy, standards, regulations, licensure and business processes; for assisting with achieving prompt and complete reimbursement by third party payor. Organizes and provides staff development programs that address learning needs the staff. Assists with the management and supervision of a team of professional and paraprofessional employees accountable for providing competent care and achieving optimal patient outcomes. |

| Requirements: |
Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience with one to two (1-2) years current experience in homecare and quality improvement, homecare regulatory requirements, risk and safety management, or infection control. Extensive knowledge in third party payer coverage; Homecare Joint Commission, regulatory and compliance standards; performance improvement monitoring; and homecare clinical program development. Three years of progressive management experience in clinical leadership roles. Experience with POC/Electronic Medical Records preferred. Valid CA RN license, BSN preferred. |
