Provide support for clinical practice and continuous quality improvement activities for the St Joseph Home Care delivery sites. Responsible for directing and supporting those sites in the performance of activities to prevent and resolve problems of compliance with hospital/ home care policy, standards, regulations, licensure and business processes; for assisting with achieving prompt and complete reimbursement by third party payor. Organizes and provides staff development programs that address learning needs the staff.  Assists with the management and supervision of a team of professional and paraprofessional employees accountable for providing competent care and achieving optimal patient outcomes.
