Under the direction of the Physical Therapist, provides treatment patients requiring physical therapy services within the homecare setting. Provides professional physical therapy visits in the homecare setting in accordance with physician’s orders through direct care and multidisciplinary team coordination. Participates in the utilization review, performance improvement and interdisciplinary conference of the organization.

Graduated from two-year, college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.  Current license in the state of California, current CPR.
