Supports the management of clinical activities on the clinical teams assisting with team coverage and supervisory visits. Assists with the after hour coverage operations as needed to insure that lead staff are trained and scheduled. Supports ongoing quality review of OASIS data assessments and ICD-9 coding for accuracy upon admission, recertification and resumption of care. Provides professional nursing care with visits in the homecare setting. Supports special functions in support of quality activities and education.

| Requirements: |
Current registration as an RN in California, BSN preferred; current CPR. Three to five years nursing experience with 1-2 years in homecare. Good communication and customer service skills. Must demonstrate ability to effectively work with others, maintain good relationships with community and office personnel. Must demonstrate ability to plan and organize work schedule and project assignments with a minimal amount of supervision. Current knowledge of Medicare and third party home care reimbursement to include state, federal, and accrediting standards and criteria. |
